Overview

Resolve .human names and see verified HUMAN trust badges for the pages you visit.

TheNetHuman makes the .human namespace work in your browser and shows you the HUMAN trust state of every page you visit — cryptographic proof that a real, verified person is behind a name and its content. WHAT IT DOES • Resolve .human names: type "human maria" in the address bar and navigate to the verified destination of maria.human. Sub-names like blog.maria.human work too. • Local signature verification: every resolver answer is signed by the registry with Ed25519 and verified inside your browser before you navigate. If the answer cannot be verified, the extension fails safe and routes you through the public gateway instead. • Automatic recognition of verified sites: when the site you are visiting is the declared destination of a .human name, the toolbar icon shows a check mark. If the owner has proven control of the server, a small dismissible "Verified human" seal appears on the page. • Trust popup: one click shows the domain status, the owner and their identity verification level, the resolver signature state, server verification, and the page's content certificate. • Content certificates: pages that declare a HUMAN certificate are checked against the registry — creator, classification (HUMAN-CREATED, AI-ASSISTED, HUMAN-CURATED and more), hash match and revocation status. Revoked never looks valid. • One-click reporting of impersonation or false certification. PRIVACY No browsing history is collected or stored. To recognize verified sites, only the hostname of the page — never the full URL, path or content — is checked against the HUMAN API, and answers are cached locally. No keystrokes, forms or page content are ever read. No remote code is executed. ABOUT .human .human is an alternative application-level namespace resolved by TheNetHuman software. It is not an ICANN-delegated DNS top-level domain. Every name is anchored to an identity-verified human recorded in a signed, append-only public registry.
