ThemesGPT adds a lightweight theme studio to ChatGPT, letting you personalize the interface without leaving the chat page. You can customize separate light and dark color profiles, including the sidebar, page background, chat bubbles, and accent colors for links and source pills. ThemesGPT also supports local image backdrops with adjustable overlay strength, so you can create a calmer, more personal workspace while keeping text readable. Your settings are stored locally in Chrome storage, and uploaded background images remain in your browser through IndexedDB. ThemesGPT does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your chat content, images, or theme preferences. ThemesGPT is an independent customization tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by OpenAI.
