Overview
TheCarGo softphone — calls and SMS from your browser side panel.
TheCarGo Phone is the official softphone for the TheCarGo platform. Make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, and manage your conversations — right from your browser, as a floating window or docked in Chrome's side panel. Features: • Make and receive calls with mute, hold, and transfer • Live call transcription • Text conversations with attachments, templates, and AI-assisted writing • Full conversation history with search and filters • Click-to-call: phone numbers on any web page become clickable • Incoming call notifications even when the window is closed • Light, dark, and midnight themes This extension requires a TheCarGo account and is intended for TheCarGo platform users. Your data is sent only to TheCarGo's own services and, during calls, to our telephony and transcription providers. Pages you visit are scanned locally for phone numbers and are never sent anywhere.
