The Queen RX for ModMed
Overview
The Queen RX for ModMed - Search and manage your compounds.
The Queen RX for ModMed is a Chrome extension that streamlines the ordering of compound medications from The Queen Pharmacy directly within the ModMed EMA (Electronic Medical Assistant) platform. What it does: Dermatology and aesthetic medicine practices using ModMed must manually add each compound medication one by one through ModMed's Preferences → Manage Compounds screen. This extension replaces that tedious process with a fast, searchable panel — allowing staff to browse The Queen Pharmacy's full catalog of 78+ custom compounded medications, select the ones relevant to their practice, and add them all to ModMed's compound list in a single click. How it works: 1 - The provider or staff member clicks the extension icon in Chrome while logged into ModMed EMA 2 - A popup opens showing The Queen Pharmacy's full compound catalog, organized into clinical categories (Hair, Acne, Anti-Aging, Lightening, Rosacea, and more) 3 - Staff search or filter by category, then check individual compounds to select them 4 - Clicking Add to EMA sends all selected compounds to ModMed's Manage Compounds page automatically — no manual data entry required Integration: The extension injects directly into ModMed's compound management interface via a content script, communicating with the page to populate compound entries exactly as if they had been entered manually — ensuring full compatibility with ModMed's workflow.
