When you land on a booking page, The Helper opens automatically and displays your available time blocks for the day. Select Morning, Midday, or Evening to see your free windows. Pick a time that works, confirm it, and it's saved to your Helper account. No more double bookings. No more mental math. Just clarity, right when you need it.
