THE Collector is a free, local-first Chrome and Edge extension that combines full-page screenshot capture with URL collection in one popup. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — your screenshots, URL lists, and settings stay on your device. FREE — FOREVER No account. No subscription. No paid tiers. The tier selector (Basic / Pro / Ultra) is a display preference that shows more or fewer features. All features are free.
