The ADHD Kit is a Chrome extension built specifically for ADHD brains. It helps you stay focused, manage tabs, and reduce digital overwhelm without getting in your way. Features: New Tab Intention Gate — pauses you for one second before opening a new tab so you stay on task. Pomodoro Timer — 25-minute focus sessions built into your browser with an optional on-screen countdown. Park It — save any tab with a topic and note, close it without losing it, and review everything later from your dashboard. Floating Toolbar — quick access to all your tools on every page, always one click away. Reading Mode — strips ads, sidebars, and distractions from any page so you can focus on the content. Notification Blackout — mutes distracting pings while you're in focus mode. Time Check-ins — gentle nudges every 20 minutes so time doesn't disappear on you. Remind Me — set a quick reminder from any page. Intent Tab Groups — automatically groups your tabs by what you set out to do. Your kit is personalised to you via a short onboarding quiz. A companion web app at adhd.kitagent.ai gives you a full dashboard for parked tabs, reminders, and focus history.
