)Overview
An extension to hide/show award posts on LinkedIn.
Award season… it can be the best of times and the worst of times for an advertising creative scrolling on LinkedIn. The best of times if you’ve had an outstanding year, your ducks are all in a row and you’re working your best life. For others though, who are four pages deep into a leading gas companies online brochure and the client isn’t really going for their “sweet smell of success” headline…it can be tough. Sure you can just take a break from LinkedIn but shouldn’t it be a safe space for everyone? That’s we’ve created the first ever Ad (Award) Blocker. Developed using AI and machine learning to scan over 10,000 award posts pinpointing over 100 of the most popular keywords such as delighted, honoured, and chuffed, the extension removes award posts making LinkedIn FOMO free. The Ad (Award) Blocker is a mental health Google extension that hides awards posts on LinkedIn around award season to give creatives with imposter syndrome a break. It's a turn on and off function so only meant as a break from award content.
