The backup runs on our servers — close the tab and come back later. ✅ Resync individual Podio apps and items directly from the Podio item view. ✅ Access your IRIS analytics and ERD visualizations without leaving Podio. ✅ Manage print templates, email configurations, and app tags. How it works: install the extension, open Podio, and the tools appear automatically. Connect to your ThatApp.io account once and you're done. What's new in v3.2.1: • AVA OI Chat — the new AI assistant tab on every Podio item. The chat is scoped to the opened item so it can only discuss that item, its files, comments, and directly-related items — no organisation-wide reports, no cross-item queries. • Better backup feedback for large accounts. The backup of an account with thousands of flows can take several minutes; the extension now shows a persistent progress panel so you know the backup is running. You can close the tab and the backup keeps going on our servers. • Clearer error messages when something does go wrong during backup. • All extension traffic now routes through embed.thatapp.io (our public edge) for cleaner security and rate-limit control.
