Handles communication from website to perform local tasks.

Please install this if you work at TGC and need the following tools: Email Wizard (Website<-->Outlook connectivity, sending data/files to a drafted email). Offline Office Document editing (Website downloads file, opens it for you, and when you save/close it, it goes straight back to the server for saving). This will have more functionality in the future! Please only install this if you work at TGC as it is only meant for internal functions.
