TextQ 是專為線上演講者、授課活動、Podcasting 和會議設計的 Youtube 直播擴充套件。 使用者分為「主持人」和「粉絲」兩種。兩者都需安裝 TextQ。 主持人需在主持人頁面完成登入 (未註冊需要收一封驗證信件)，成功登入後能建立一個活動，並取得活動代碼。 主持人將活動代碼分發給粉絲後，粉絲依活動代碼加入活動，即可開始發出評論彈幕。 當彈幕的內容是一個提問時，這個提問會在主持人的畫面中保存起來，讓主持人可以選擇適當的時候標示在畫面上並做回覆。 此外，在活動的最後，當主持人按下「結束活動」時，整場活動中所有的評論記錄，將會一併寄送給主持人參考。
