TextPocket: Save & Paste Text Anywhere
Overview
Type / in any field to instantly paste saved snippets. Folders, fuzzy search, and a global shortcut.
TextPocket is a simple tool that helps you stop wasting time on repetitive typing. Instead of typing the same things over and over—like your email, address, common replies, or code snippets—you can save them once and insert them anywhere with a quick shortcut. How it works Just type / (or any trigger you choose) inside a text field. A small search box pops up right where you’re typing. Start typing to find your saved text, use the arrow keys to pick one, and press Enter to insert it. Done. It works across most websites, including email platforms, note apps, AI tools, and collaboration software. Key features Quick trigger: Type / to instantly access your snippets Smart search: Find what you need even if you don’t type it perfectly Auto sorting: Frequently used snippets stay on top Clean organization: Use folders, colors, and drag-and-drop for organization Works everywhere: Access your snippets from any app Backup & restore: Import and export everything using JSON files Customizable: Dark mode and custom trigger characters Use it outside your browser You’re not limited to the browser. Press Ctrl + Shift + 1 from anywhere on your computer, and TextPocket opens in a small floating window. From there, you can quickly find a snippet, copy it, and paste it into any app. Privacy & security Everything stays on your device. TextPocket doesn’t use servers, doesn’t require an account, and doesn’t track you. Your data never leaves your machine.
