Textarea Lift-off

Lift off the textarea. Make it movable and always stay in the view

Make a textarea lift off and bring it anywhere. Have you ever scrolled top and down, back and forth just because you want to type your comments at the bottom of the page while reviewing others' information at the top? If that bothers you, you might want to try this. Simply hover over a textarea. A lift-off icon will show at the top-left. Click on it and you're free to scroll the page and/or drag the textarea to wherever you want. Hover over it again and a cancel icon appears, which allows you to bring it back to where it used to be.
