Overview

Text to Google Calendar with auto-timezone. Highlight or paste text—AI finds date & time. One click to add your event.

Text2Calendar — text to Google Calendar in one click Text2Calendar turns any text into a Google Calendar event without the busywork. If you have ever copied a meeting time from an email, retyped it into Calendar, and hoped you got the date right — this extension is built for that exact job: text to calendar, calendar event from text, add to Google Calendar, create event from email. Highlight a line on Gmail, Outlook, Notion, Slack, or any webpage. Right-click → Add to Google Calendar (Text2Calendar), or open the toolbar popup, tap Paste, and let AI read the title, date, time, and details. You get a ready-to-save link — not a wall of fields to fill by hand. Natural language works in everyday English and many other languages — “Team standup Friday at 10am”, “call with Alex tomorrow 3pm”, “dentist next Tuesday 14:00”. Text2Calendar extracts a structured event; you review once and save. No training, no syntax to memorize. Auto-timezone is what makes “tomorrow at 3pm” actually mean tomorrow at 3pm. The extension uses your device timezone, shows it in the popup, and sends it when you create an event so relative times land in the right local slot — not the wrong hour after you already moved on. HOW IT WORKS 1. Highlight text on any webpage (or paste from the clipboard in the popup). 2. Right-click → “Add to Google Calendar (Text2Calendar)” — or open the toolbar popup. 3. AI extracts title, start time, end time, and description (any language). 4. Open Google Calendar with fields pre-filled — review and save. WHY INSTALL TEXT2CALENDAR • Highlight text → calendar event (the flow people search for) • Context menu on any page — one step from selection to Calendar • Paste button for email, Slack, Teams, and long snippets • Auto-timezone: your device timezone for phrases like “tomorrow at 3pm” (visible in the popup) • Natural language in English, Russian, and more • Works on Gmail, Outlook Web, Notion, docs, and everyday websites • No access to your Google Calendar account — only an add-event link you open when you choose • Your text is sent to our server only when you click create (AI parsing), not in the background WHAT’S NEW IN 1.1.0 • Paste button and right-click “Add to Google Calendar” • Timezone-aware parsing with a visible timezone indicator in the popup • Faster one-click flow from page selection Install Text2Calendar for the fastest path from words on a page to a real calendar entry — text to Google Calendar with auto-timezone, plus the same smart parsing on our website and Telegram bot. Free to use. Also available: • Web app: https://text2calendar.tregor.workers.dev • Telegram: https://t.me/text2calendar_bot • API: You can find an API connector at the our site.
