I started using it about two weeks ago and it is a life saver. The quickest subscription I have ever paid for.

Has helped my productivity and focus go up. I never realized how much time I was spending trying to get the write message or keep files of messages to copy pastes. Now I have them in an easy place and can edit them when I want. I only wish you could get a confirm or undo if you mess up your templates. I've had to recreate a few from user error.
