Image with Text or Just an Image (with Text)?

Hello,
I wanted to know if upon completing a texmage, a browser renders it as an image element with a paragraph/span or some other form of text element on top of it or if the text simply becomes/is saved 'into'/'as part of' the image or picture itself, therefore making the text invisible to computers and search engines and only visible to human readers..? Thanks!

Text resizing

After I finish formatting the text and click "done", the text is reformatted to a smaller size when it shares to my profile.

Texmage Doesn't Launch

Extension now working. When i click on the icon nothing happens. Web page is loaded. This extension con come in handy

the background color of the text is not applied.

I select the text, I go to icon "Backgroun Color", I select the color but is not applied to the text.
