Overview
Collect what customers say on any page, say who said it, and save it to Tether.
Tether for Chrome collects what your customers say, wherever they say it, and saves it to Tether as feedback. Reading a forum thread, a review, a Reddit comment or a Hacker News reply where a customer describes a problem? Select their words, right-click and choose "Add quote to Tether" (or press Alt+Shift+Q). The quote waits in Tether's side panel, which stays open as you move between tabs, so one sitting can collect from many pages. Before you save: • Say who said each quote: one of your people, a new person created on the spot, or yourself. On Reddit and Hacker News the comment's author is read for you. • Check the pain points Tether suggests for each quote. Remove any that are wrong, add any it missed, or create a new one. • Pick the product the feedback is about, if you have more than one. Save, and each page becomes a conversation in Tether, analyzed alongside your calls, emails and Slack threads. Ask your AI assistant what customers said, and these quotes are part of the answer. Private by design: the extension reads a page only when you add a quote from it, and sends what you collect only to Tether. It never asks for access to all your websites. Requires a Tether account (usetether.io).
