TestPerch — Testing for Amplitude Experiment & Feature Flags
Overview
Manage Amplitude Experiment testing: join A/B tests & feature flags, switch variants, check custom emails and user/device IDs.
Experiment & flag testing for Amplitude. TestPerch helps QA engineers, developers, and product managers see and manage manual Testing Assignments without opening every experiment individually. • Keep TestPerch open in a side panel while you switch tabs or reload the app you are testing. • Connect to an existing signed-in Amplitude Experiment tab. • Select an Amplitude project and find your manual testing assignments. • Search existing experiments and feature flags by name or key. • Add additional emails or user/device IDs with the person-plus button by your profile. Add them one at a time or paste a list; select up to 20 IDs and independently include or exclude your own account. • Assign an ID to an available variant, switch its variant, or leave Testing. Each action changes one selected ID and preserves other participants. • Switch between light and dark themes. • Try the built-in demo using fictional data before connecting. IDs are matched exactly. Use the ID your application sends to Amplitude. TestPerch does not expand aliases, resolve emails to devices, or include cohorts and archived configurations. Leaving Testing restores normal targeting; it does not exclude an ID from a 100% rollout. Your Amplitude permissions still apply. TestPerch has no telemetry or developer-operated backend. It uses your existing Amplitude browser session and does not ask for an API key or password. Selected IDs are stored for the current browser session and cleared on disconnect. Keep the side panel open until a save finishes. Independent open-source tool. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Amplitude. Uses internal Amplitude endpoints, which may change.
