Testora Recorder
Overview
Record test flows for Testora in your own Chrome: every click, entry and check becomes a test step.
Testora Recorder turns what you do in your own Chrome into automated browser tests for Testora. Start a recording from Testora's "Record flow" button. A new tab opens on your app. Use it as usual: every click, typed value and dropdown choice becomes a readable test step, such as: fill field "Email" with {{EMAIL}} click button "Save" expect text "Order created" Features • Right-click anything to add a check: text on the page, a visible element, the current URL, or a saved value. • Hover hints show how each element will be recorded. • Pause, Undo and Stop from a small toolbar on the page. • Page changes get automatic URL checks. • Passwords are never stored: they're saved as {{PASSWORD}}, and values that match your Testora variables become {{VARIABLES}}. • Save sign-in: save your signed-in session for a project, so tests can start signed in, even with SSO or two-factor login. When you stop, Testora shows the steps for review. Save them as a test case that replays in every regression run, with no code to write. You need a Testora account. The extension only works with the tab you start a recording in, and sends steps only to your own Testora server.
