Tesorio Supplier Portal Autofill

Sign in to Tesorio, then fill a supplier portal's login and invoice form from your own invoices. Reads a page only when you ask.

Tesorio Supplier Portal Autofill helps accounts-receivable teams submit invoices on their customers' supplier portals, such as Coupa, Ariba and Tungsten. You sign in to your Tesorio account first. The extension never handles your Tesorio password: sign-in happens on dashboard.tesorio.com, which returns a token to the extension. What it does, after you open it on a tab: - Fills the portal login form with the credentials your company stored in Tesorio, including a one-time code when the account has one. - Finds one of your Tesorio invoices by number or customer, and shows its data and its PDF in a side panel. - Fills the portal's invoice form from that invoice. You accept or reject each value before it is written. - Records the tab you activated and sends that recording to Tesorio, so your company can learn the steps of that portal and repeat them next time. Access to all websites Supplier portals routinely serve their sign-in form from a frame belonging to a different domain, and that domain is the portal's own business. Chrome cannot give an extension access to such a frame one site at a time, so this extension asks once for access to all websites. You grant it from the side panel, not at install. What that access is used for A small script loads on the pages you open, and reads nothing. It stays inactive until you ask for this tab, by clicking the toolbar icon or pressing the keyboard shortcut. Only then is the page read, and only on that tab. From that point the extension keeps up with that tab on its own, because a portal login has several steps and each one is a new page. Closing the side panel stops it. Closing the tab, or signing out, forgets it. What is sent to Tesorio Two things, and only from a tab you activated. First, the labels and names of the fields on the page, so Tesorio can work out which field holds what. Second, a recording of that tab: the pages you saw and the values you typed, so your company can learn how this portal is filled. Your portal password and your one-time code are replaced with asterisks inside the page before the recording leaves it, and are never part of what is sent. The extension collects no browsing data, no history and no analytics. Nothing is read or sent from a tab you did not activate. Your portal password is read from Tesorio at the moment it is typed into the portal, and is never stored in the browser. An active Tesorio account is required. Without one, the extension does nothing.
