TensorCash Wallet
Overview
Self-custodial wallet for TensorCash (TSC)
TensorCash Wallet is a self-custodial wallet for TSC, the coin of the TensorCash network. Your keys are created and kept in your browser, encrypted with your password. There is no account to create, and nobody else can move your coins. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Create a new wallet, or restore one from a recovery phrase, a private descriptor pair or an encrypted backup file • See your balance, your coins and your recent transactions • Receive TSC with an address and a QR code • Send TSC after reviewing the destination, amount, fee and change • Cancel a payment that is still pending, with its exact cost shown first • Download an encrypted backup of your wallet • Use the wallet in the toolbar popup or in the browser side panel, in dark or light mode BUILT FOR SAFETY • Your recovery phrase is encrypted with your password and never leaves your browser • Every payment asks for your password • The wallet locks itself after a period of inactivity and when your screen locks • Balances come from TensorCash API servers, which the wallet does not trust blindly: each coin is checked against its raw transaction before it can be spent • Each signed transaction is read back by an independent parser and must match exactly what you approved • By default, confirmations must agree between two independent server operators • Unusual fees need your explicit approval, and hard fee limits apply • No remote code, no ads and no analytics PRIVACY The extension has no analytics or tracking. To show your balance and send payments, it contacts the API servers listed in Settings, which see your wallet addresses and your IP address, as with any light wallet. You can replace them with your own servers. OPEN SOURCE MIT licensed. Each release can be rebuilt from source and compared byte for byte with the published package. Source code: https://git.tensorcash.org/bobponey/tensorcash-wallet-extension GOOD TO KNOW • This is an early version (below 1.0) and it has not had an independent security audit. Keep in it only amounts you can afford to lose. • Write down your recovery phrase and keep it offline. Without it, or without your backup file and its password, nobody can recover your funds. • The history screen shows your latest 200 transactions. Very large wallets should use the TensorCash desktop wallet.
