Adjust video playback in Chrome with simple keyboard shortcuts.

Tempo puts video playback controls directly under your fingertips. Use simple keyboard shortcuts while watching HTML5 video in Chrome: • S — decrease playback speed • D — return to normal 1.0× speed • F — increase playback speed • E — activate an available skip, close, continue, or next-section control; otherwise advance the current video when possible • Hold S or F — adjust speed continuously Tempo identifies the most relevant visible video, including players embedded in frames, and displays clear on-screen feedback over the video. It works locally in your browser and does not require an account. Privacy is built in: Tempo does not send browsing activity, website content, or playback history to a server. Extension preferences stay in Chrome's local extension storage.
