Teliri Call Helper turns phone numbers on websites into calls, WhatsApp replies and follow-ups on your own Android phone. Connect Chrome to your Teliri workspace once, then point at a number to see customer context and act on it. CALL AND REPLY FROM YOUR CONNECTED PHONE Choose Call or WhatsApp in the card to open the action on your connected Android phone. No copying numbers between devices. Calls are made by your phone, not the browser. WhatsApp opens with a greeting ready; nothing is sent until you press Send on the phone. KNOW WHO IT IS BEFORE YOU CALL See saved customer names, important key points and the latest note from your Teliri workspace. Customer names, key points and notes are shared across your workspace. Staff see their own call history and callbacks; authorized owners and managers can see the team's. KEEP NOTES AND NEXT STEPS TOGETHER Add a note, record a call outcome or schedule a callback directly from the card. Use Alt+Shift+C to call and Alt+Shift+W to open WhatsApp for the open card. Shortcuts can be changed at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. YOU DECIDE WHERE IT WORKS The helper works on websites by default. Switch it off per site or limit it to sites you choose. On selected sites, it can mark customers you already know. Choose your connected phone and disconnect the browser at any time. Once connected, phone links open the Teliri card instead of your computer's calling app. SUPPORTED NUMBER FORMATS Indian mobile and landline numbers, toll-free numbers, and international numbers written with a country code (+). Other formats may not be detected. GET STARTED 1. Install the extension and choose Connect to Teliri. 2. Approve the pairing code in your workspace at https://app.teliri.com/app. No password is entered in the extension. 3. Sign in to the Teliri Android app on your phone. 4. Point at a phone number on a website. REQUIREMENTS A Teliri account with browser-helper access enabled by your organization. Calls and WhatsApp require the Teliri Android app on a connected phone. This is not a standalone browser calling service. PRIVACY Number detection runs inside your browser. A number is sent to Teliri when you point at it, select it or click a phone link to show its customer card. On sites you choose for marking known customers, and on enabled sites when using chosen-sites mode, page phone numbers (up to 60 at a time) are sent to Teliri to match customer records.
