Overview

Contextual customer support overlay with AI-driven guidance for the company you're currently visiting.

The customer-support layer of the web. A browser extension that turns every company website into a rich, context-aware support console — purchase history, verified call trees, AI-grounded answers, and one-click access to the right human, all in a side panel that activates the moment you land on a site you do business with. The problem Consumers transact with hundreds of companies a year. When something goes wrong — a damaged delivery, a fraudulent charge, a billing surprise — they spend an average of 15+ minutes finding the right phone number, navigating an IVR, and re-stating context an agent often already has. Support information is fragmented across screenshots, bookmarks, password managers, and stale forum posts. The product TelepersonLens is a Chrome / Edge / Firefox extension (Manifest V3) that overlays a slide-in panel on every supported company site. The panel shows the user exactly what they need, exactly when they need it: who they're dealing with, what they've spent there, the verified path to a real human, and an AI assistant grounded in that company's specific support reality. It is built as a three-tier product: Browser extension — the consumer surface Web admin — for company directory curation, Plaid connection, and analytics Supabase + Edge Functions — the shared backend powering it all Key features For consumers Company Hub — a personal directory of every company they care about. One-click add from a curated catalog, or auto-suggested when they land on a new site. Click a company to jump straight to its website. Auto-detection of new sites — the extension recognizes when a user is on an unrecognized company, silently registers it in the shared directory, and prompts the user to add it to their Hub. AI Company Overview — for any company in the directory, Claude generates a clean overview: description, HQ, employee range, revenue range, founded year, and the top reasons people visit. Cached on the backend, so analysis runs once per company across the entire user base — every new user inherits the work. Verified Call Trees — structured, versioned IVR navigation. Step-by-step actions (dial, press, say, wait, request representative) with confidence scores and last-verified timestamps. No more guessing which key gets you to a human. Ask AI — a chat assistant grounded in the company's data, the user's profile, and the AI overview. Replies render as proper Markdown (bullets, bold, links) — never raw syntax. Similar companies — Claude suggests competitors and alternatives. One-click follow. Profile & onboarding — first name, age range, reasons for using the product, plan badge. The bio in the header is always clickable; signed-out users get nudged to authenticate. Stripe Account tab — every user sees their invoices pulled live from Stripe, with hosted invoice links and PDF downloads. Why TelepersonLens wins Context that compounds. Every company a user adds, every purchase Plaid syncs, every IVR a user verifies — all of it makes the next interaction faster. The product gets demonstrably better the more it's used, by both the individual and the whole user base. Distribution surface no one else owns. A side panel that activates on the user's existing journey is zero-friction — no app to open, no website to remember. We meet users on the page they're already frustrated on. AI used carefully, not as a parlor trick. Claude generates real, structured firmographic data and grounded support answers — and we cache it once across all users. We're an AI-native product, but our marginal cost per active user trends to zero. A real B2B-grade backend, not a prototype. Supabase + Postgres + Edge Functions, RLS-enforced, audit-logged, with a fully-modeled call-flow taxonomy (22 categories, 17 endpoint types, 21 step actions). This is enterprise-ready architecture in a consumer wrapper. Multi-revenue stream from day one. Free tier with quotas + paid Premium (unlimited AI, in-app VOIP, unlimited follows) via Stripe. Path to enterprise: white-label company directories for financial institutions and concierge services.
