Doesn't work. waste of my time

I've spent the past 45 minutes of my life trying to make this work. I start the video, then hit the Teleparty icon. Every time I do that I get the message "Please start the video first and then click on the TP Icon." Yeah, the video has started. There's a big Learn More button below the message. It just takes me to tele-party.com where I have several links to add it to Chrome. OK. I select that and it takes me to the Chrome Web Store where I get the option to remove it from Chrome.
