Worked first time and then only switches to telegram without sending anything (won't offer "select a chat to send")

I am aware of this bug, thanks for reporting it. Unfortunately it is caused because Telegram web is not properly handling the links, for security reasons this plugin only creates new URL and is up to Telegram how handle them.
