Unfortunately it doesn't work. It installs prompts for a phone number (which I've double checked is correct from my account) and then it can't proceed from there. It's also interesting that this is not really promoted from Telegram's site. Recommend chromebook users go to https://web.telegram.org/k/ instead and Telegram remove this from the Chrome web store.

It asks for the phone number associated with your account to log in, which is unsurprising since that is how you usually log in to Telegram. Its not like I am putting in the wrong number either, I am literally looking at my Telegram settings on my phone as I am attempting to log in and it is refusing to do anything. Not even a "We could not sign you in" notification. Just stays on the login screen every time I click next. This app does not work. You can not log in.

going round in circles trying to create an account, it keeps saying some rubbish about keys again and again, it's meant to be a Chromebook app but is useless
