Paid for the subscription but I don't have the new features. How to make the upgrade work?

i subscribed to 1 month and paid and wont allow me to download
i subscribed for 1 month and paid. won't allow me to download and keeps stating i need to upgrade to continue. but on the extension it shows "monthly" and yet i still cant download. i even tried to restart my computer and try again. still nothing.
