Tekmetric → ClaimDriver RO Submitter

Adds a 'Send to ClaimDriver' button to Tekmetric repair orders and fills the ClaimDriver Meineke Invoice for review.

Built for Meineke centers that bill fleet repair orders through AutoIntegrate and ClaimDriver (Meineke Central Billing). On a fleet repair order in Tekmetric, one draggable button takes the RO through both steps: 1. Submit to AutoIntegrate. It fills Tekmetric's "Send to Auto Integrate" window: Repair Order Notes, the AI Service Category for every labor and part line, and tire and brake measurements. It also tracks the approval: new jobs, estimate changes, partial approvals and AutoIntegrate's messages are flagged for resubmission. 2. Send to ClaimDriver. Once authorized, it switches ClaimDriver to the right center, creates the Meineke Central Billing invoice file, sets Key In, fills the Meineke Invoice (fleet, RO, PO, vehicle, mileage, subtotals, tax), and attaches the Tekmetric invoice PDF. You review it and press Submit in ClaimDriver yourself.
