TeibIQ NetSuite Controller

Lets your TeibIQ Workspace chat work in NetSuite with your own login. Production and edits stay off until you turn them on.

TeibIQ NetSuite Controller connects the AI assistant in your TeibIQ Workspace chat (teibiq.ai) to NetSuite, using the NetSuite session you are already logged into in Chrome. There is nothing else to install and no second login. What it does - Pair once from the popup, then ask in the chat: read a record, run a read-only SuiteQL query, read script logs, run a saved search, check a NetSuite page, read account settings and installed bundles. - Create or change data only when you allow it. Edits are off by default and can be turned on only in the popup. Each edit waits for your approval in TeibIQ Workspace, unless you turn on Auto yourself on the Workspace settings page. Edits include saving records (for example a sales order and its next documents), uploading files to the File Cabinet, and installing or updating the TeibIQ gateway script in your NetSuite account. - Watch mode: when you ask to see the work, the extension's NetSuite window comes to the front and runs one step per second with a banner that shows each step. While it works, the page ignores your own clicks and typing so the two do not collide; press Interrupt at any time to stop it and take the page back. A picture of each step is shown in the chat afterwards. - QA runs: run a set of test steps you start from the chat on a sandbox account and see a picture of each step. Safety - Works only on the NetSuite account you paired. Production accounts are refused until you turn on "Allow Production" in the popup. The chat cannot turn on edits, Production or Auto. - Sensitive values (ID numbers, tax IDs, bank accounts, salary, passwords) are masked before they leave your computer. - Runs only the functions packaged in the extension. It never runs code sent by a server or by the AI. Files of the TeibIQ gateway are uploaded into NetSuite as data, after your approval; the extension does not run them. - Does its work in its own NetSuite window. If that window is closed, it may run a read-only session check in an open NetSuite tab of the paired account; it never navigates or edits your own tabs. For teibto.com accounts.
