TECHRIS Forge Guide Shot turns a walkthrough of any web application into a finished user guide. Choose the part of the screen to document — an IFS Cloud page, a data page with its search pane, a lobby, any element you pick, or a rectangle you draw. Then start recording and work through your process as normal. Every click inside that area is captured automatically, cropped to your chosen region, and captioned with the control you clicked. Annotate as you go. The built-in editor gives you rectangles, auto-numbering circles, arrows, lines and text in eight colours. Annotations stay editable until you export, so nothing is burned in too early. Get it into your document. Copy any annotated screenshot to the clipboard for pasting into Word, Outlook or Teams, or export the whole guide as a .docx with each step on its own page, ready to edit. Keep your work. Guides are stored locally and survive a browser restart.
