Allows 'More' and 'Tweets' information within Techmeme pages to be hidden and optionally viewed

'More' and 'Tweets' information is initially hidden, with it replaced by 'More: X Tweets: Y' at the end of the item's description. Clicking on 'More: X Tweets: Y' will cycle through the following: 1) Show 'More' and 'Tweets' information in its summary form 2) Show 'More' and 'Tweets' information in its verbose form 3) Hide 'More' and 'Tweets' information 'See also Mediagazer' links exposed when 'More' and 'Tweets' information is hidden. Top/bottom menus updated to allow all 'More' and 'Tweets' information for all items to be shown/hidden.
