TeamScribe

Local meeting recordings, transcripts, and screenshots. Created by Veelo LLC.

Keep a useful record of your meetings on your own device. TeamScribe records browser-tab audio, optionally includes your microphone, and saves screenshots of slides or diagrams when you choose. Create an English draft transcript locally, review speaker names, and export a meeting ZIP for your preferred AI or workflow. FEATURES • Record tab audio and an optional microphone. • On supported Microsoft Teams web layouts, capture visible participant details and speaker indicators. • Follow Teams mute to exclude your microphone while you are muted, when enabled. • Capture screenshots with timestamps and add notes. • Create a draft transcript on your device; review speaker-name estimates and supporting evidence. • Browse transcripts, screenshots, and participants in a blue interface that follows your browser's light or dark preference. • Export audio, JSON, transcripts, and screenshots in a ZIP. • Copy a transcript or download an AI bundle to use with an app of your choice. LOCAL BY DESIGN No TeamScribe account is required. The extension does not upload meeting recordings to Veelo LLC. Optional transcription downloads model files from Hugging Face, then processes audio on your computer. Files are shared only when you choose to export or paste/upload them elsewhere. WHAT TO EXPECT Participant and mute tracking currently target supported English Microsoft Teams web layouts. Other sites can capture tab audio without those integrations. Large or offscreen participant lists can be incomplete. Transcription and speaker-name matching are experimental and may make mistakes. First-time transcription downloads models and can take time; keep its tab open. Notify attendees and obtain any required permissions before recording. Export important meetings before clearing browser data or removing the extension. Created by Veelo LLC. TeamScribe is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
