Overview

Save recipes from a page or link, search your TasteBuddy cookbook, and open saved recipes when you are ready to cook.

Save a recipe while you browse, then find it again when you’re ready to cook. TasteBuddy Recipe Importer connects Chrome to your TasteBuddy account: - Save the recipe on your current page, or paste a recipe link. - Close the popup while a recipe is being imported and reopen it to check the result. - Search your saved recipes without leaving Chrome. - Open a saved recipe in the TasteBuddy web app to continue cooking or planning. - See whether an import was saved, already exists, needs review, or failed. Sign in with the email and password for your TasteBuddy account. The web app may ask you to sign in separately. Import results depend on the source and the recipe information available; some saved recipes need a review. The extension reads the current page URL when you choose to save it and sends that URL, or a link you paste, to TasteBuddy for processing. It does not need access to your browsing history.
