TaskGalaxy is your quiet accountability partner in the browser. It notices the moment you drift and pulls you back to your Task before the rabbit hole starts. Start a Task in TaskGalaxy, and the extension periodically checks whether your active browser tab matches the task you're working on. If you drift to something unrelated, you'll get a gentle nudge to return back on track. Stay on task, and the extension stays out of your way. HOW IT WORKS • When you start a Task, TaskGalaxy watches your currently active tab • Personal details (emails, phone numbers, card numbers, IDs) are stripped from that text before anything leaves your browser • Page text is briefly checked against your stated task/topic to decide if you're on-task • You can pause monitoring, mark a check as a false positive, or end the session at any time • If you are inactive for 5 minutes (not during breaks), your session will stop and you can be penalized (to prevent farming points).
