Tried to return a tap as faulty but Taps Empire repeatedly refused to give us returns details and instead kept referring us to the manufacturer and stating we had invalidated the warranty by trying to fit it outside of (non-supplied) manufacturer's instructions.

Incredibly poor after sales care and customer service. Faulty valve ahs cost us over £1,000 in damages and plumber fees and we now need a third replacement valve which is not available at any plumbing merchant. Taps Empire tells us it is and that we have to deal with the distributoer directly. sucks!
