Tandem Copilot brings your customer implementation work into the browser side panel, so your team can execute tasks without losing context while moving across customer apps, SaaS tools, documents, and internal systems. Instead of switching back and forth between Tandem, the customer’s app, docs, Slack threads, and CRM notes, the extension keeps the current playbook beside the page you’re working on. Open a task from Tandem, land on the right website, and use the side panel to see what needs to happen next, ask questions, update progress, and keep the implementation moving. What Tandem Copilot does Tandem Copilot connects to your Tandem workspace and shows the relevant customer, implementation, task, and action context directly in Chrome. It helps you: - See the current implementation playbook, organized by phases, tasks, and actions - Focus on the next task to complete - Update task and action status from the side panel - Ask Tandem questions about the customer, the task, recent activity, or attached documentation - Open relevant files, docs, dashboard pages, and customer apps - Use the current page as context when chatting with the copilot - Keep a running conversation without leaving the browser tab you’re working in Why install it Customer implementation work rarely happens in one place. One task might require checking a customer app, reading documentation, updating internal notes, opening a workflow, and confirming next steps with the team. When needed, Tandem can read the current page to answer questions with better context. Page access is used to support the copilot experience on configured customer hosts and is tied to your authenticated Tandem workspace.
