Talynce Sourcing Assistant

Fill a candidate search from a Talynce job, score the results against it, and import candidates into Talynce.

Talynce Sourcing Assistant brings your Talynce jobs into the candidate search you already use. Pick a job, and the extension: • Fills the search form from the job: keywords or a Boolean query, experience, locations, salary and notice period. You review it and press Search yourself. • Scores every candidate on the results page against the job, out of 100, and highlights the strongest matches, so you know whose profile to open first. • Imports a candidate into Talynce with the CV you download, and adds them to the job. No retyping. Scores are worked out in your browser from what each result card already shows. Nothing about a candidate is sent to Talynce until you import them. You need a Talynce account. The extension has no login of its own: it uses the Talynce session in your browser. It works on one supported candidate search site.
