Keep the next step close to the conversation. Talvu is a simple CRM for Gmail, built as a desktop Chrome extension. Manage contacts, projects, tasks and project notes in a side panel beside your email. Start with the essentials and adjust only what you need. - Projects: keep related contacts, email conversations, tasks and notes together, with a status that shows where things stand. - Tasks: add the next action, choose a due date and link it to a project, contact or email. Complete it when the work is done. - Contacts: save useful details, multiple email addresses, phone numbers and company information. - Automatic linking: choose an exact email address and project to link new matching conversations automatically. - Project notes and Future Me: save a note in a project, choose Remind and select sender addresses. Talvu shows the note beside new incoming emails from those addresses until you mark it as done or switch it off. - Data: browse All rules and All notes. Search notes, filter reminders, sort by date or group by project. Project rows show note counts and can be sorted by Most notes. - Email navigation: open the relevant message from project history. In conversation view, a task created from a linked project uses the latest message; without conversation view, it uses the opened email. The task keeps its saved email link. - Multiple Gmail accounts: Talvu follows the active Gmail account and keeps each account's CRM separate. Choose the same Google account as the open Gmail tab when signing in. - Your layout: choose status names/colors, adjust block colors and arrange or hide sections. - CRM badges and statistics: see related work in Gmail and review CRM activity. Export selected CRM records to Excel or CSV. The 0.1.23 update fixes startup with Google Workspace accounts, including English and Russian Gmail. It also includes improved panel reopening, recovery after extension updates, rapid email switching and stable badges when returning to the inbox. Your Google password stays with Google. Talvu uses associated email metadata to connect your CRM and does not retrieve message text or attachment contents. Gmail access is read-only: Talvu cannot send, edit or delete your emails.
