This is the best CTI I have ever used. It is so useful to have the call bar. No more switching tabs back and forth and needing yet another for the phone.

Doesn't automatically reconnect when I reconnect in the office. Sometimes, I hear the first ring but then lose audio.

Too slow and there is always a delay for incoming calls plus it get stuck
