See how well your CV matches a job before you apply, then prepare the application from the same place. Open a job posting and TalentVP appears beside it. Click the Match pill for the full panel: • Match score: how much of the ad your saved CV covers, the skills you already show and the ones that are missing. • Official German salary: the median gross monthly pay for the role from the Bundesagentur für Arbeit Entgeltatlas, with the yearly figure. • Application Check: whether the ad expects a cover letter, which language level it asks for, and whether visa sponsorship is mentioned. THE SALARY FIGURE It is official public statistics, not an estimate: the Entgeltatlas median gross monthly salary for full-time employees in Germany, by occupational group across all requirement levels, data as of December 2024. Source and date stay visible in the panel. It appears only when the job title matches one of the occupational groups covered, so not every posting gets one. No figure is better than a wrong one. WHERE IT WORKS • On many company career pages, when the page publishes the job in a standard format • Anywhere else: select the ad text, right-click and choose "Check with TalentVP" WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA • The automatic score is a keyword comparison between your saved CV and the ad: it calls no AI model and uses no credits. With a paid plan, the right-click check on selected text reads the ad with an AI model (OpenAI) first. That uses no credits either. • The extension never uploads your CV. It sends the job ad to TalentVP for scoring, and scoring does not store it. When you save a job, including through "Tailor CV to this job" or "Interview prep", the ad stays in your Job Tracker. • Installing is free. The score needs a free TalentVP account with a saved CV.
