Talentopian Counselor is a real-time AI companion for career counselors. Live client context and PCS (Professional Competency Score) coaching cues, plus auto SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) session notes for Google Meet and Zoom. WHAT IT DOES • Surfaces client context (e.g., PCS, prior session notes, career goals) directly in the meeting sidebar. • Generates real-time coaching cues based on the conversation — what to ask next, where to probe, when to pause • Auto-drafts SOAP-format session notes (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) from the meeting transcript • Provides session-prep briefings before each meeting and analytics across all clients • Compliance-aware: flags potentially sensitive language in real time WHO IT'S FOR Licensed career counselors, school counselors, workforce-development advisors, and outplacement professionals who run video consultations and need a faster path from conversation to documentation. DATA & PRIVACY • No audio is recorded. The extension reads only the closed-caption text already displayed by Google Meet / Zoom. • Counselors must obtain explicit client consent before each session (in-app reminder). • Transcripts and notes are stored only in your authenticated Talentopian account. • Sign in with the same account you use at talentopian.com.
