Work with your CRM contacts and TalentLynk conversations side by side. Open the TalentLynk side panel to view contacts you’re working with, read your conversations with them, write messages and notes, and manage calls without switching away from your CRM. With TalentLynk you can: • Follow the selected record in a supported CRM. • Read conversations and use the SMS, WhatsApp, email and note features enabled for your workspace. • Start and manage calls from the side panel or the popup. • Use click-to-call on supported phone-number links across HTTPS websites. It integrates especially well with the Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Mercury and Loxo CRMs. Note: A TalentLynk account is required. Keep the TalentLynk app open for authentication and call audio. Available channels and calling features depend on your account and workspace settings. Supported record types and actions vary by integration. While following a CRM record, the extension uses its URL and relevant record details to load or import the matching contact into TalentLynk.
