TalentVault Candidate Importer helps recruiters import visible candidate profile information from supported LinkedIn and Naukri pages into their TalentVault recruiting workspace. How it works: 1. Open a candidate profile on a supported website. 2. Click “Extract Candidate Data” in the extension. 3. Review and edit the extracted information. 4. Click “Save Candidate” to send the selected details to your Talentvault account at https://talent-vault.in. Depending on the profile page, available fields may include name, headline, company, location, professional summary, skills, education and work experience. Email and phone availability is not guaranteed; these details may be entered by the recruiter or returned from a matching Talentvault contact record. Data handling: The extension reads visible information from the current profile page when you initiate extraction. When you save a candidate, the selected information is transmitted over HTTPS to Talentvault for recruitment and candidate-management workflows. The extension is designed for user-initiated imports, not automatic profile crawling or automated messaging. Recruiters must have appropriate authorization to process candidate information and comply with applicable privacy requirements and website terms.
