The Talent Pooling App is your private ATS and a place to earn by referring candidates. Adding a new candidate: ▶ Enter the candidate manually ▶ Import CV file and automatically tag its skills ▶ Import the candidate database from Excel ▶ Add candidates with a Chrome extension Make recruitment easier! Automate your work and be efficient. ▶ Thanks to the Chrome extension, you can use the application for sourcing candidates in popular social networking sites. Go to the candidate's profile on the selected social network. Then click the Talent Pooling App icon in the top right corner of your browser to create a candidate profile in the app. Recruitment and creating a database of candidates has never been so easy.
