Talent Atlas AI uses AI to create a focused sourcing plan, then searches Google for matching LinkedIn profiles and organizes the results in one dashboard. LinkedIn profiles are opened only when requested by the user or when optional location verification is enabled. Talent Atlas reads candidate information from Google search results and, only when enabled, limited LinkedIn profile content for candidate location verification. Vacancy descriptions are sent securely to our AI planner to generate sourcing strategies. Pro features such as multiple vacancies and Google Sheets synchronization are planned for a future release.
