Capture entire page does not scroll page

I've noticed that the fireshot chrome extension will not properly take a "capture entire page" screenshot under a specific scenario.

Given the situation where the website page is 762 pixels tall, and the browser displays a height of 544 pixels.

Fireshot will not scroll once to take the remaining bottom of the webpage. The resulting screenshot is only 544 pixels tall (same as "capture visible part").

If the browser display height is 521 pixels tall, then it will scroll and "capture entire page" works properly. The resulting screenshot is the full 762 pixels. I hope this information will help assist you in locating and fixing the bug

5 years no issues, since yesterday I can't capture at all

Using the pro app in two chrome profiles, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, removed any new chrome extensions, updated chrome, please help. This tool is the backbone of the majority of my workflow and I don't know what else to do right now.

I recently purchased a license for FireShot Pro and downloaded the executable file from your website. After running the installation, I began experiencing system instability. Specifically, both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are frequently showing "OutOfMemory" errors, and other system operations have become unstable.

I would like to uninstall FireShot Pro from my system to see if this resolves the issues. Could you please provide me with detailed instructions on how to completely remove FireShot Pro from my computer?
