Chorme extension download error
I could not download the fireshot Chrome extension due to the download error.

Chrome Web Store: Can't find this Extention (in here)?
Different profiles, different browsers, they all need extentions installed and I like FireShot, FreeShot, or GetFreeShot, but CANNOT find them despite every effort to search in the Web Store. I'm no genius, but your product url is not the name of your product, "/take-webpage-screenshots/mcbpblocgmgfnpjjppndjkmgjaogfceg", and could be the problem. But something isn't tagged correctly. PLEASE UPDATE within the store finder search results.
Can we add a search by Popularity feature?? That oughta help folks find to find: FireShot/FreeShot at 47k users, roughly 20k over the others. So there ya go.

I paid $40 to use this extension which used to be free to use. Help me it won't download!
I paid to have the subscription as I rely heavily on this tool I've used for free for years. I then went to 're-install' it or whatever and clicked the link from my email. Chrome extensions removed it and Chrome says it won't 're-install' it becuase it's already installed but when I go to the Chrome extension store it is NOT installed. I am really upset. Help!

'Capture entire page' stopped working on Arc
On Chrome, it's working fine.
But since a few days ago, the 'Capture entire page' stopped working on Arc. Nothing happens when I choose 'Capture entire page' from the pull-down menu.
After reinstalling the plug-in, it started working again, but after I used the Arc's screenshot feature, it stopped working.

Malware found in extension
I've been using your extension for years, but the latest update (May 6th) includes some malware which shows that McAfee reports that my computer has malware. I don't have McAfee installed so I know it's a hoax.

full screen capture
When I choose to capture the entire screen it works fine. But when I make a second attempt, it only captures the visible part, the rest of the screen that is not visible turns white. I can only use the function again if I reinstall the program, after which it only captures correctly on the first attempt
