Captures Strava session cookies for Take Helm health coaching platform

Take Helm Strava Connect is a companion extension for the Take Helm health coaching platform (takehelm.io). It allows you to securely connect your Strava account to Take Helm so your cycling, running, and outdoor activity data can be used in your personalized health coaching experience. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Click "Connect Strava" in the Take Helm app 2. Log into your Strava account in the tab that opens 3. The extension automatically links your account 4. Your activity data syncs to Take Helm PRIVACY & SECURITY: - Only accesses your Strava login session — no other browsing data - Your session is encrypted and stored securely - Connection uses a one-time token that expires in 10 minutes - No data is sold or shared with third parties - Disconnect anytime from Take Helm settings This extension is only useful if you have a Take Helm account at takehelm.io.
