Check Restrictions, not work... I have extension install

Restrictions Detective issue
When I click Check Restrictions, I keep getting the message to install the extension. I had it installed for weeks, working fine. I notice that this extension was just updated today (May 30, 2024). I have confirmed my Chrome version is current, I cleared cache, removed the extension, rebooted computer (Windows 11), re-added extension, still the same problem.

Restrictions Detective not working
I keep getting the message to install Restrictions Detective through TA but it looks like its installed fine and working. This only happens occassonally, other times it is working fine. I'm using the newer light version of TA.

extention is not active
I have installed the extension, but there is always the message:
"Please, install the Restrictions Detective Chrome extension to see this information"

just circles & circles - no results
okay have the TA View on and I press the check restrictions and both rotate and rotate..never asks me to login to seller central. So how do I login to seller central so it knows where to look?
