TabXpert - session and tab manager

This extension seems to be the best when it comes to session management. I do have one question for Andrey, it looks like the tool doesn't remember the names assigned to each window/session after I close the browser and open it again (it does show under Closed sessions, but I would've loved to see it showing for the active sessions since those tabs/windows were pretty much the same before the browser crash). Is that a paid feature?

Not showing tab groups even though tab groups were enabled in the settings.

This option gives permissions to track tab groups (save and restore with sessions). Tab groups in UI is a paid feature. Here you can see all paid features and limitations in the free version: https://tabxpert.com/pricing

awesomesauce.. this extension helps me manage all my windows and bookmarks, it really keeps me together i couldn't use chrome without it. and it's functional if you only use the free version, which is becoming more unusual for apps in general lol. i have so much gratitude to the developers, thank you for adding so much value to my life <3

(Everything is working perfectly except for one issue. When I use the shortcut to close a focus session, it creates a new empty tab in the current window instead of closing the entire window, which is a bit annoying. Just for your reference, I’m using the multi-window method.) Solved. The best tab manager plugins for Chrome!

Just use the browser built-in "Close window" shortcut, Ctrl-F4 on Windows. There is no sense in duplicating an existing shortcut. The one you described is for the single-window mode. We have a Reddit community to discuss features: https://www.reddit.com/r/tabXpert/

Impressive feature set and growing functionality. Like the integrated group management. Tech service very responsive and providing quick solutions. Collected bookmarks in the past, these days I collect tab sessions... ;-)

Especially happy with its Group Management that lets me navigate with expandable groups, easy labels, side window tracking, and full session editing. Also the tech service is fast and professional. If you've been looking for a Tab Manager that actually delivers, you just found it.

It says it's "Not compatible with this version of Google Chrome." However, it was working just Fine few days ago as far as I know SAME version of Chrome. Now, it won't Let me add it! I have no intention whatsoever of updating Chrome and having them Naggggg me to 'upgrade' microsoft, Every 18 months Say it Isn't so... I am a paid member

Hi Bill, it looks like your outdated browser doesn't support MV3 extensions. Google will disable all MV2 extensions soon and forcing all extensions to be updated to MV3, what we did recently. There is no possibility to host both MV2 and MV3 versions on Chrome Web Store, this is why you can't install MV3 version of TabXpert on an outdated browser. If you send me email to support@tabxpert.com, I can send you the latest MV2 version of TabXpert. You'll be able to install it locally.

Users of the discontinued Spaces extension, will discover that TabXpert has all the Spaces features you know and love plus a whole lot more. As a long-time Spaces user with years of data locked up in the extension, I had a huge workflow meltdown on my hands were it not for TabXpert and its brilliant developer Andrey. So I am an early adopter , my usage was keeping my previous sessions and a longer history where i can dig for old sites I visited, recently I noticed that there is a feature where you can create a session, move or copy Tabs from active sessions or older sessions to that newly created ones, this is great for productivity what I hope to be added is an option next to the "Move to new" and "Copy to new" ; "Add Tab to" and it would list my "named sessions" so that I can add to it directly instead...
